Fix the pop-up controls to be movable (or be placed outside the boundaries of the current element)
Working in the Footer, I need to select different column headers and column items quickly. However, it’s challenging or even impossible to do so when pop-up controls cover many items. In the example below, “Concept” is almost fully covered, as are the three column headings.
Please make the pop-up controls movable, or have them appear outside the boundaries of the current element (above or below the dark footer element).
